Poly · Oriental Mansion
Poly · Oriental Mansion is located in the CBD radiation area, with excellent traffic and greening conditions. The design implements the Poly brand and the concept of building goodness, embodying the cultural heritage of Poly Real Estate and the value principle of goodness, building an oriental private courtyard that combines Chinese and Western styles and deep soul character. The main entrances and exits of the residential quarters on the north and south sides of the residence are enclosed by buildings to form a planning concept of enclosure and gardening. The interior of the community is arranged with point-style houses to provide the project with the largest green landscape. The entire landscape pattern is taken from the forecourt and backyard layout of traditional gardens-the forecourt pays attention to axis symmetry, highlighting ethics, order and logic, and explores the modern interpretation of traditional artistic conception with new design ideas, and taps from the regional history and Poly's own rich multiculturalism The theme creates the originality and uniqueness of the design, and attempts to make a breakthrough in the concept of landscape, focusing on the purification of the soul and the sublimation of the mind. The creation of the environment not only satisfies people's appreciation, but also expresses people's higher-level spiritual demands, so that the environment and soul reach the aesthetic realm of 'emptiness, spirit, and tranquility'.
