Shenzhen
Anhongji Tianyao Plaza
The project is an exploration of the high floor area ratio residential+office model in Shenzhen's urban renewal. The design adopts the SMART architectural design method, pursuing design sustainability, ease of maintenance, architectural professionalism, rationality and technicality. The surroundings of the base are all construction land, the environment is crowded, and the project has a high floor area ratio. Therefore, the design strives to meet the needs of the project while taking into account the sight and sunshine of the surrounding buildings to achieve the overall sustainable development of the area. The plan uses the first floor as a public parking lot, and the second floor as an overhead garden, which will mainly use the vertical diversion of the crowd. The first floor mainly serves external people such as offices and businesses, and the second floor mainly serves residents, realizing dynamic and static partitioning. Both the residential area and the office area have their own gardens and squares, and they enjoy undisturbed external views of the landscape.
