Foshan POLY Jasmine Mansion is located in Tangtou Economic Union, Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City. It is a Class II residential land compatible with public green space, commercial service facilities and supporting public service facilities. The project designs the supporting facilities of the community in the way of the layout of the commercial street in the open block, and faces the community people in a friendly and friendly manner, striving to bring fresh vitality to the new city.

The design divides the overall space into two groups, north and south. Inside each group, an open central garden green space is formed and the layout is high in the north and low in the south, opening up the space view of urban arterial roads. Considering the relationship between the north and the south, a series of vertical gardens are set up in combination with the elevation difference of the site to create a continuous landscape, provide an overall aesthetic visual enjoyment, and bring unique functional experience. There is a large area of woodland in the north of the community, which is connected to the mountains in the north by a simple sidewalk, and can be connected to the South China Sea Central Park, forming an urban ecological residential community that permeates with the urban landscape.

The facade of the building is innovative, simple, and abstracted to deal with the local elements of Lingnan and refresh the impression of the city. Multi tone red aluminum alloy and off white paint are used for the main exterior wall of the commercial street, and off white paint is used for the main exterior wall of the residential building. Through the ingenious use of aluminum alloy and lines, a simple and light facade is created.
