Aldo van Eyck once said, "Tree is leaf and leaf is tree - house is city and city is house. A large number of buildings have sprung up to promote the continuous iteration of urban organization, and the emergence of megacities is also promoting the development of residential buildings towards complex and high-density. At this time, how to maintain the harmony between people "touch" becomes crucial.
The project is located in Liwan District, Guangzhou. The land is 340m long and 150m wide, and the plot ratio is as high as 7.4. In such a tight land use, the architect first released the first floor area to the greatest extent through a series of designs, built a three courtyard garden, and inherited the characteristics of traditional Chinese space. It innovatively integrates community life catalysts such as sports and leisure, culture and art, fashion and creativity with the overhead floor as the link, creating a new tandem and three-dimensional community cluster space.
