Urban Renewal of District 25 of Xin'an Sub-district and Baocheng
The urban renewal office of Xin'an Street, Bao'an New District is located at an important node of the transition from the old city to the new central area, and aims to be a regional service center that develops in coordination with the Bao'an New Central District.
The design uses a streamlined commercial pedestrian space to connect small-scale blocks in series, and connects neighboring units through leisure squares, platforms, etc., to achieve urban spatial integration. With the track station as the attraction point, the underground slow-moving system is organized through the underground human-shaped passage/commercial corridor. Through natural green slopes, leisure trails, vertical traffic, etc., various layers of space are organized to form a complete three-dimensional slow-moving block. In accordance with the principle of ecological priority, implement the requirements for green building and sponge city construction, and establish a multi-level green space system along the surrounding roads—pocket park—community garden as the skeleton; combined with green building design, expand the fifth facade greening system to achieve Three-dimensional ecological water storage system. The plan is to realize the seamless connection of rail stations + bus integrated stations and the overall development of underground space, build a safe and comfortable transportation network that separates people and vehicles, optimize the urban structure, and enhance the urban image of Baoan's old city center.
